it is cold out at 7:00 am... on my motorcycle... at 80 mph. can anyone tell me the wind chill factor at 80?

the reason i am still driving it at 45 degrees fahrenheit is just this. another guy at work just bought a 17,000 dollar bmw motorcycle, and says he will dirve it to work all year round, including winter, thus justifying the rediculous cost. i call bullshit, because i have been riding motorycles my whole life and know when it gets cold enough, it is almost impssible. so, i am trying to ride mine longer than him to show him he is an idiot, and i am better than him. kinda like a pissing contest. maybe i just really like to ride, or maybe like kelly and kate say (thank you) i am cheap. who knows, who cares.

weekend

weekend update:

friday and saturday:
my father came down from mass-a-two-shits (what i called it when i was a kid) because he sold one of his motorcycles to my neighbor when he was down last trip. also, we started to screen in my front porch, it is about half way done and i will take some pictures when it is finished.

sunday:
we went on a 4 hour motorcycle ride through the blue ridge mountains. that was fun although i would have liked to go a bit faster than the old man, it was fun anyways. i then did one more section of the porch, and kellie made this awsome dinner with chicken and stuff.

the best part of the weekend:
i got a new puppy! now max has a friend to play with. she is 8 weeks old, and i think we are naming her frankie (for frank sinatra /blue eyes). she has a german shepard father and a border collie/ austrailian shepard mother. so much fun having a puppy again. here is a picture
