China food

I am comprising a list of nasty things I eat here in Inner Mongolia, here is the start:

Duck: brain, feet, neck

Pig: ear, feet

Donkey: who knows what part

Lamb: vertebrae, (that's back in Layman's terms)


...more to come once I figure out what I am eating. This is normal cuisine for here too!
