tuna
for those of you who dont know, i eat tuna for lunch everyday. i know it sounds mundane, and rediculous but listen to my reasoning. ok what i do is i buy 8 flour burritos, 8 cans of tuna, and a container of tuna salad maker. these are the ingredients for what i call a mandarin pancake, which is a meal we used to eat when i was young. 8 burritos, about 3 bucks... 8 cans of tuna, about .50 cents, container of tuna salad maker (lasts about 32 meals) 3 bucks. do the math cause that comes out to pretty much nothing per meal. saving money is not the only healty aspect here nelke fans, don't forget about tuna health, and flour health. now last but not least, the ease of the meal, i keep it all at work, never need to make lunch in the morning, or remember to bring something in. yeah, i think ive sold you enough on it. so people say "josh don't you get bored of tuna everyday?" well to fix that i buy the cheaper can of tuna which doesnt necessarily mean bad tuna, just the option of bad tuna. i have got some good cans of tuna that are just like the $1.30 cans. so i am figuring a way to figure out the contents before i open it. everyday is a scientific experience. last and definatly least, if all else fails, someday i can act as a thermometer with all the mercury i am getting. oh, and i hate dolphins.

I like Tuna, but I am NOT a fan of mayonaise. I've mixed it with but not limited too:
* Fat Free Italian Salad Dressing
* Red Hot
* Fat Free Ranch Salad Dressing
* Taco Seasoning
* All kinds of mustard
All of these are cheap and can give you some more variety...tuna head.
